If you can’t handle any more time in a cramped hotel room, the luxury spa at the Stein Eriksen Lodge is a legendary splurge and is one of only 30 spas in the world to receive a Forbes Five-Star rating. If you’re looking for something slightly less expensive, try a deep tissue or Native American hot stone massage at Aura Spa and Boutique, an eco-friendly spa located on historic Main Street. Or if you would rather have your massage come to you, there are reputable home massage businesses, like Now and Zen Massage, that can send a massage therapist straight to your door.
Yoga has long been touted for its restorative benefits, and Park City yogis can hold their own with the best practitioners. The Yoga Kula Project, located at the Westgate Resort & Spa at the Canyons Ski Resort, offers a variety of highly-recommended yoga classes. Sounds blissful. I hate this cold weather and hot yoga sounds perfect–but I know it can be crazy difficult (tried it a time or two). Totally recommend Bikram yoga if you never have before!

I LOVE Park City! It really is a wonderful place for more than just skiing. I wholeheartedly second the spa suggestion; my best friend and I went a few months ago, and we were absolutely spoiled. Maybe next time we’ll try the yoga!
